These Terms of Use govern your use of the Somait Institute of Technology website and the online services we offer through it — including the application form, application tracking, masterclass registration, fee payments and the student and staff portals. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Applications & admission

• You agree that the information you provide in your application is true and complete. False information may lead to an application being rejected or an enrolment cancelled.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Admission is confirmed only after acceptance and payment of the required fee.
• A place is secured once your first instalment is received; enrolment and student access follow from there.

Fees & payments

• Programme and masterclass fees are shown on the relevant pages. Payments are collected through our approved channels (mobile money, bank transfer, Lipa Namba and bank control numbers).
• Instalment plans, where offered, must be honoured on schedule. Unpaid balances may lead to exam bars, suspension or termination in line with our fee policy.
• Please keep your payment reference. Refunds, where applicable, follow our published refund and withdrawal policy.

Using our accounts & portals

• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the system, or upload harmful or unlawful content.
• Certificates issued through this system can be verified online; tampering with or misrepresenting a certificate is prohibited.

Content & availability

Course details, schedules and fees may change; we update the site as needed. The name, logo and content of Somait Institute of Technology belong to us and may not be copied without permission. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
